Installation Guide
Crystal Vessel sinks are tempered for safety. When installing, be careful not to over tighten the drain assembly as this can cause the sink to break.
Installation Steps:
- Insert the drain into the top of the bowl
- Place the mounting ring, with the o-ring in place
- Insert the drain through the counter top or pedestal, depending upon your application
- HAND TIGHTEN the bottom nut as tight as you can
- Using a wrench carefully tighten the bottom nut a 1/4 to 1/2 turn
Note: Do not over tighten bottom nut. If you break the bowl from over tightening, it will NOT be covered by warranty. For a successful installation, the vessel only needs to be stable. The rubber seals and or the o-rings seal all water. For small or slow leaks, use Silicon II.
Make sure to perform a water test before completion. Due to the nature of drain systems, some vessel bowls will drain slower than under mount versions. Vessel bowls seldom have an overflow tube.
