Our History
In December 1980, Thomas Ramos formed a manufacturer's agency. At that time, the decorative plumbing specialty had not yet developed as a separate and unique aspect of the plumbing industry. With a 15,000 square foot warehouse the company began as a buy/sell representative agency with solar hydro heating and specialty plumber products, such as chemicals & commodities.
In the late 1980's the building and housing recession forced the company to refocus and develop into an aggressive marketing sales agency. Moving to new offices in Santa Cruz the company transitioned into a marketing only agency eliminating the buy/sell aspect.
Our FoUNDER
Thomas Ramos is a Northern California native. He was raised in the small town of Morgan Hill, California. In his early years, Thomas worked as the Solar Division Manager for Dalziel Supply Company. In 1980, Thomas founded his representative agency, Thomas Ramos & Company. With continued sales growth the company remains a key decorative agency in the USA.
