We are in a wonderful transition period in our industry and our company. We see the 20 and 30 year olds taking the lead and the 60's and beyond taking a back seat. This we see happening with my company as it has become our company with Christian Ramos doing more & more of the day to day and with the addition of Connie in the office for sales support we see growth and youth. Diego has just come back to the company. He used to be a display installer but now he is a representative in training. We grow and prosper.

In December 1980, Thomas Ramos formed a manufacturer's agency. At that time, the decorative plumbing specialty had not yet developed as a separate and unique aspect of the plumbing industry. With a 15,000 square foot warehouse the company began as a buy/sell representative agency with solar hydronic heating and specialty plumber products, such as chemicals, commodities, pipe adapters and water heaters.
In the late 1980's the building and housing recession forced the company to refocus and develop into an aggressive marketing sales agency. Moving to new offices in Santa Cruz the company transitioned into a marketing only agency eliminating the buy/sell aspect.
Thomas Ramos is a Northern California native. He was raised in the small town of Morgan Hill, California. In his early years, Thomas worked as the Solar Division Manager for Dalziel Supply Company. In 1980, Thomas founded his representative agency, Thomas Ramos & Company. With continued sales growth the company remains a key decorative agency in the USA.
